Data Deletion & Retention

What happens to your data when access ends, and how to request deletion.

The 60-day view-only period

When a paid subscription or free trial ends without renewal, your account enters a 60-day view-only period. This applies whether your subscription expired, you cancelled, or your trial ended without subscribing. During the 60-day period:

  • You can sign in and view all your existing data.
  • You cannot add, edit, or delete content.
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time to restore full access and resume where you left off.

Note: cancellation preserves your normal full access through the end of your paid billing period. The 60-day view-only period begins only after that paid period ends.

Permanent deletion after 60 days

If 60 days pass without reactivation, your customer application data is permanently deleted. This includes all content you created within the product — notes, records, plans, and any other data stored in the app. Limited purchase and accounting records are retained separately as required for legal and financial purposes. These are not the same as your application data.

Requesting early deletion

If you would like your data deleted before the 60-day period ends, you can submit a deletion request through the Data Deletion request page or by contacting our support team directly. Please include the email address associated with your account and specify which product's data you wish to have deleted. We will confirm once the deletion is complete.
