These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zynamic Solutions website, applications, software, and related services ("Services").

The Services are provided by Zynamic Solutions ("Zynamic," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Ontario, Canada.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.

1. Purpose of the Services

Zynamic Solutions provides digital tools designed to help individuals, families, households, teams, organizations, and other users organize, manage, understand, and access information.

Different Zynamic applications may provide different features, including organization of:

• •Financial information
• •Insurance and claim-related information

• •Tasks, schedules, appointments, and reminders
• •Team or organizational information

Features may change or expand over time.

2. Organizational Tools — Not Professional Advice

Zynamic applications are intended to provide organizational and informational assistance.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Zynamic Solutions is not providing medical, financial, investment, legal, accounting, insurance, claims-adjusting, or other regulated professional advice through the Services.

Information provided through the Services should not replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Users remain responsible for decisions made using information organized, summarized, displayed, or generated through the Services.

3. Medical and Health Information

Any health or care-related Zynamic Service is intended to assist users in organizing and understanding information they provide.

It is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure medical conditions.

Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical questions, diagnoses, treatment, medication, symptoms, or other healthcare decisions.

The Services should not be relied upon for emergency medical assistance.

4. Financial Information

Any financial features provided through Zynamic Services are intended to assist users with organizing and viewing financial information.

Zynamic does not provide investment, tax, accounting, lending, or financial-planning advice through the Services.

Financial information displayed or generated by the Services may be incomplete, delayed, incorrectly entered, incorrectly extracted, or otherwise inaccurate.

Users should verify important financial information against original financial records or with an appropriate professional.

5. Insurance and Claims Information

Certain Services may provide organizational tools, general information, checklists, or explanations relating to insurance policies, claims, workplace benefits, automobile insurance, workers' compensation, or similar matters.

Such information is provided for general informational and organizational purposes only.

It does not constitute insurance advice, legal advice, claims adjusting, coverage confirmation, or a determination that a particular claim or expense is covered.

Insurance contracts, legislation, benefit plans, and claims processes vary. Users should confirm important information with their insurer, broker, agent, adjuster, employer, benefits provider, legal adviser, or other appropriate professional.

6. Artificial Intelligence

Some Zynamic Services may use artificial intelligence ("AI") to assist with functions such as extracting information, categorizing information, creating summaries, identifying dates, organizing records, answering questions, or generating suggestions.

AI-generated information can contain errors, omissions, incorrect interpretations, or outdated information.

Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before relying on it.

Zynamic does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated results.

AI output should not be used as a substitute for qualified professional advice or independent verification where a decision could have significant health, financial, legal, insurance, safety, or other consequences.

7. User Accounts

Some Services require a user account. Users agree to:

• •Maintain the security of their login credentials
• •Take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized account access
• •Notify Zynamic if they become aware of unauthorized access to their account
• •Use their account only for lawful purposes

Users are responsible for activity occurring through their accounts unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Information You Provide

Users control the information they choose to enter, upload, store, or share through the Services.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right or authority to provide that information.

Users should not enter or upload highly sensitive information that the applicable Service does not specifically request or support.

This includes Social Insurance Numbers, health card numbers, passport numbers, driver's licence numbers, complete payment card numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, PINs, or similar sensitive credentials.

9. Information About Other People

Certain Zynamic applications may allow users to manage information about family members, dependants, care recipients, household members, team members, or other people.

You agree that you will only enter, upload, store, or share another person's information where you have appropriate authority, permission, or another lawful basis to do so.

Zynamic is not responsible for a user's unauthorized collection or sharing of another person's information.

10. Shared Access and Collaboration

Some Services may allow account owners or authorized users to invite other people to view or contribute information.

Users are responsible for deciding who receives access and what permissions they are given.

Where permission controls are available, users should regularly review those permissions and revoke access when it is no longer appropriate.

11. Documents and Uploads

Some Services allow users to upload documents, images, screenshots, statements, manuals, records, or other files.

Users are responsible for reviewing files before uploading them and ensuring they are appropriate for the Service.

Automated extraction, redaction, categorization, or analysis features may not identify every piece of sensitive information or may interpret information incorrectly.

Users should verify extracted information against the original document when accuracy is important.

12. Subscriptions and Fees

Some Zynamic Services may require a paid subscription.

Pricing, subscription periods, included features, usage limits, trials, and other applicable terms will be displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the terms presented at purchase.

Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions through the method provided before the applicable renewal date if they do not wish to renew.

Taxes, including applicable sales taxes, may be added where required.

13. Free Trials and Promotional Access

Zynamic may offer free trials, founder programs, complimentary memberships, promotional access, or other special subscription arrangements.

Eligibility, duration, features, and usage limits may vary.

Zynamic may modify or discontinue promotional programs, subject to commitments already made to users and applicable law.

Complimentary access does not necessarily create an entitlement to continued free access.

14. Usage Limits

Certain features, particularly AI processing, document processing, file storage, or other resource-intensive functions, may be subject to usage limits.

Limits may vary by subscription level.

Zynamic may introduce reasonable usage limits where necessary to protect service availability, security, performance, or operating costs.

Any material limits applicable to a paid subscription will be communicated to users.

15. Cancellation

Users may cancel paid subscriptions using the cancellation method provided through the applicable Service or purchasing platform.

Cancellation normally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily result in a refund for a subscription period already purchased, except where required by law or otherwise expressly stated.

If a subscription was purchased through an external platform, such as an application marketplace, cancellation and refund procedures may also be governed by that platform's rules.

16. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information using the deletion process provided through the applicable Service or Zynamic Solutions website.

Deletion is subject to the processes and exceptions described in the Zynamic Solutions Privacy Policy.

Users should export or retain any information they wish to keep before deleting an account.

Account deletion may be permanent and information may not be recoverable afterward. See our Data & Account Deletion page for details.

17. Acceptable Use

Users must not use the Services to:

• •Violate applicable laws
• •Infringe another person's rights
• •Access another person's account without authorization
• •Upload malicious software or harmful code
• •Attempt to bypass security controls
• •Interfere with the operation of the Services
• •Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or systematically extract the Services except where permitted by law
• •Use the Services to harass, deceive, exploit, or harm another person
• •Upload content they do not have the right to use
• •Attempt to circumvent subscription or usage restrictions

Zynamic may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, or Zynamic Solutions.

18. Intellectual Property

The Zynamic Solutions name, branding, applications, designs, software, written materials, and other original content are owned by Zynamic Solutions or used under appropriate licence.

These Terms give users permission to use the Services for their intended purposes. They do not transfer ownership of Zynamic intellectual property to users.

19. Your Content

Users retain ownership of information and content they provide through the Services.

By providing content, users grant Zynamic the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, transmit, and otherwise handle that content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.

Zynamic does not acquire ownership of a user's personal documents or records simply because they are stored or processed through a Service.

20. Third-Party Services

Zynamic Services may rely on or integrate with third-party services such as cloud hosting, authentication, payment processing, artificial intelligence, mapping, communications, financial connectivity, analytics, or other technology providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Zynamic is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services outside its reasonable control.

21. Service Availability and Changes

We work to provide reliable Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, internet disruptions, third-party provider failures, security concerns, or circumstances beyond Zynamic's reasonable control.

Zynamic may add, modify, replace, or discontinue features as the Services evolve.

Where a material change significantly affects a paid Service, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice where appropriate.

22. Backups and Important Records

Zynamic applications are organizational tools and should not be the only location where users maintain irreplaceable or legally important records.

Users should retain appropriate copies of important documents and information.

Zynamic cannot guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, delayed, or temporarily unavailable.

23. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Although Zynamic aims to provide useful and reliable Services, information may contain errors caused by user input, automated processing, third-party information, AI processing, technical problems, or other factors.

Users are responsible for verifying important information before acting upon it.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zynamic Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the Services.

This includes losses resulting from inaccurate information, AI-generated content, user-entered information, third-party services, temporary service interruptions, or unauthorized use outside Zynamic's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

25. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to be responsible for claims or losses arising from their unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or unauthorized submission or sharing of another person's information.

26. Suspension or Termination

Zynamic may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• •Serious or repeated violations of these Terms
• •Fraudulent or unlawful activity
• •Security threats
• •Abuse of the Services
• •Non-payment of applicable fees
• •Conduct that materially threatens Zynamic, its systems, or other users

Where reasonable, users will be provided an opportunity to address the issue before permanent termination.

27. Privacy

Use of the Services is also governed by the Zynamic Solutions Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Zynamic collects, uses, processes, stores, protects, and deletes personal information.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply based on a user's location.

29. Changes to These Terms

Zynamic may update these Terms as the Services, business, or legal requirements evolve.

The effective date will be updated when changes are made.

Where changes are material, Zynamic will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
