Your data belongs to you
The information you enter into Zynamic products — care notes, home records, financial data, study plans — is yours. Zynamic Solutions does not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising purposes.
What data we collect
We collect the information needed to provide and improve our services:
- Account information: your name, email address, and authentication details.
- Product data: the content you create and store within each Zynamic application.
- Usage data: how you interact with the apps, to help us improve the experience.
- Payment information: handled securely by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.
How we protect your data
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information:
- Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
- Passwords are stored using secure hashing — we never store your password in plain text.
- Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
- We review our security practices regularly.
